      Estate sale

      Family first sets aside what they want to keep. Hawthorn Estate Co. then runs an estate sale for the belongings the family is ready to sell.

      Cleanout and prep

      After the sale, the remaining items are cleared out and the home is readied for photos and showings, with any repairs discussed ahead of time.

      Price and list

      Trevor prepares a pricing review and lists the home with professional marketing from Mainsail Media, then handles showings and offers.

      Close

      Trevor guides the executor through negotiation, inspections and closing, coordinating with the closing attorney so the sale finishes cleanly.
